Rohde & Schwarz SMIQ06ATE Signal Generator 300 kHz ~ 6.4 GHz (Calibrated in 2019). I bought this to calibrate SDRs. The unit is in great condition. As an ATE model it has no display, but it has a GPIB port for control (with free R&S software) or serial port which is what I used to control it with Python. It will ship in the original packaging and is very well protected. It does not have extra modules.
